Addressing Behavior and Creating Community

This course is appropriate for parents/guardians, caregivers, and family members who would like to increase their knowledge of behavioral principles to best support prosocial behavior development across settings. Topics will include functions of behavior, proactive strategies, reactive strategies, and teaching new skills. Concepts and strategies covered in this course are rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The goal of this course is to increase understanding of behavioral concepts as well as provide a space to build community and connection with other families.

Fall 2024 Schedule:
Classes will be held virtually on Thursdays from 3:45pm-5pm, and include one in person workshop on 10/9 from 10:00AM-12:00PM:

-Virtual classes on 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24

-In person workshop on 11/9
