The Arc Legacy Center at Connection Angle Lake
A new, innovative hub offering affordable housing and supportive services for the IDD community.
Developed in partnership with Mercy Housing Northwest, The Arc Legacy Center at Connection Angle Lake offers 130 income-restricted apartment homes designed to support long-term affordability. Of these, 26 units are reserved specifically for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), with applications managed by The Arc of King County. The remaining units are overseen by Mercy Housing Northwest. Located just steps from the Angle Lake light rail station, the building provides residents with easy access to work, school, and essential services, helping to create a connected and inclusive living environment.
