What time does the event start?

The race starts at 10AM, but registration begins at 9AM! Please allow yourself enough time to get checked in and get your t-shirt!

Do I need to be a runner?

No way! This is a non-competitive 5k! You can run, walk, roll, slide, skip, dance, or do the worm to the finish line! Whatever sounds best to you!

How long is a 5k?

A 5k is 3.1 miles long. This equals 12.5 laps on a standard outdoor track. 

Is the race timed?

There will be a race clock running, and runners who want to know their time will be able to read it as they cross the finish line!

Can I register at the event?

We prefer to have racers register by 8pm the day before the event, but we will accept day-of racers. 

When and where do I pick up my packet?

Registration opens at 9:00AM on Saturday morning at the starting line!

Can children participate?

We wouldn't be family friendly without kids! Bring everyone, the more the merrier!

Can I run with a stroller?

Absolutely!

Can I bring pets? 

While we love pets, the stadium does not allow for animals on the track. However, service animals are always welcome.

Can spectators come?

They're encouraged to come and cheer on their favorite teams and participants!

What happens if there is bad weather?

With this being Seattle, it's likely that it could rain. We will still hold the race rain or shine.
