responsibilities of homeowners, FHA mortgage insurance and HUD
assistance programs); mortgage default (rights and responsibilities of
homeowners, working with your lending institution, HUD mortgage relief
and assignment programs, foreclosure); rental search (HUD rent
subsidy/assisted housing development, lease and rental agreements,
landlord/tenant laws, fair housing laws, emergency housing programs,
referral information); landlord/tenant issues (rights and
responsibilities of landlord/tenants, rent relief referral, eviction
procedures); and additional services.
