Fund available to residents who need but cannot afford durable items, such as wheelchairs, appliances, special medical equipment, false teeth and hearing aids. Neighborhood House is a multi-service organization providing services including bilingual case management, information and assistance to the elderly and disabled, emergency services and client referral services; citizenship and ESL services; youth mentoring; Head Start and Early Head Start; and special needs transportation.
