3 Powerful Free Services For Family Caregivers are included, listed below:

FREE POWERFUL TOOLS FOR CAREGIVING TRAINING- FREE respite care is provided for all course sessions. Classes are usually held one per week, for six weeks.

FREE INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING- Available with an appointment, in person @Bellevue & Des Moines Centers or via telephone in Bainbridge Island (see the flyer available for more details). Sessions may also be purchased for $25/hour (for qualifying caregivers).

FREE RESPITE CARE- The family caregivers get a needed break while the "Destinations" participants enjoy 3 hours of travel-related activities.
Next session of classes starts on September 4th, 2012. These classes are all about giving caregivers the tools they need to better care for themselves & to better cope with the demands of caregiving.
