This Ready For Fall- Back to School Event will include the following topics on:
- Transitioning from birth to three (what to expect);
- Understanding special education;
- Making connections, finding your voice (connecting with other parents);
- & connecting with the Resource Table- that will be available with information about transition, school, & other issues.
